With immediate effect, it will be every Landlord's responsibility to provide an EPC for their property along with an andvisory report to remain compliant with the new regulations. Fines of up to £200 will be enforced each time a property is viewed or let without the required documentation. If you are a new Landlord or an existing one with a property available, you must take action immediately to avoid unneccessary fines.
