These services are offered free of charge to individual Tenants, Human Resources and Personnel departments. They allow C. Howard King to offer a very comprehensive service to all prospective Tenants as follows thus giving our Landlords the widest possible market exposure.
Providing a co-ordinated home search service tailored to the needs of the individual or corporate Tenant. Incorporating information on local areas best suited to their particular need vis-a-vie schooling, transportation, local facilities, hobbies, interests and any special family/personal requirements.
Co-operating with fellow agents to produce alternative choice. Identifying properties which match the desired requirements and presenting them for consideration. If we do not have a property on our books which fulfils requirements, we will find prospective tenants the right home through other sources.
All properties will be inspected by our staff and we promise not to waste time by offering over-budget accommodation or properties which do not meet up to executive status.
