Elaine Bamber

Elaine founded C.Howard King in 1998 in Belfast city centre. It was then the only letting agency dealing solely with letting and property management in Belfast. There were also three offices in London and Home Counties having been established for two decades. The similar systems were used in Belfast to obtain a professional approach with a personal touch.

Elaine is still very involved with the running of the business on a day to day basis. She has endeavoured to build up a relationship of trust with her landlords and tenants alike. Integrity is of the utmost importance and to provide a good service to achieve peace of mind for all concerned.

Ursula O'Kane

Ursula has been with the company for the past 5 years in the capacity of property manager and negotiator. She is primarily from a customer service background which has held her in good stead as letting property is a service industry. Ursula is not only extremely professional but is very approachable and has lived in Belfast all her life.

Alison Pyper

Alison is our accounts person she has returned to N. Ireland after living in London for many years working for a major company. Alison is an asset to our team as she brings a wealth of experience with her as well as being extremely supportive in her essential role she is extremely personable.
